Mixed leaves, edaname beans, cooked quinoa, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, bell peppers, avocado, garlic and herb chicken breast, white wine vinegar and olive oil.

Sweet chilli salmon fillet, mixed seeds, beetroot, mixed leaves, bell peppers and olive oil.
Blueberry Muffins
100g grass fed butter/ coconut oil2 eggs20g maple syrup20g honey140g coconut yogurt2 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp milk of your choice250g spelt flour2 tsp baking powderBlueberriesMix ingredients together and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Chocolate, almond & date bites
Slice dates in half and fill with almond butter, place in freezer for an hour. Melt chocolate, and roll the dates in the chocolate. Pop back in freezer for 20 minutes, then transfer to fridge.
Mango, honey & walnut pancake
50g spelt flour
2 eggs
100ml milk
Mix up, place in pan with a little butter, fry until golden, flip, fry other side until golden. Top with fresh sliced mango, walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
