A Nutritional Therapist is a qualified practitioner, who will work with clients to help identify individual needs, create nutritional based solutions to help increase performance, boost recovery, address health symptoms and increase general wellness.
Nutrition plays one of the most crucial roles in your health. It affects your ability to train and recover from exercise, It affects your ability to switch on or off genes (epigenetics). Achieving the right balance of macro and micro nutrients is one of the most important things you can do for your health, recovery and happiness.

Consultation:
The first consultation (60 mins) is where I will gain an insight into your goals and dietary habits. I will work with you to determine your current level of health and wellbeing. I will identify deficiencies and ailments you have and help to address these in the plan (I may recommend supplementation on occasion).
I will create a plan just for you that will fit perfectly into your lifestyle and training routine.
1 week meal plan will include recipes including calories and nutrient breakdown.
I will provide support throughout your programme and monitor your progress.

Nutritional Therapy continued support:
Require some extra help? emotional eating? meal planning? etc.. I can help you with weekly or bi weekly consultations via my virtual clinic to help motivate, plan and iron out any emotional or habitual eating.

This plan consists of a list of foods you can eat and foods to avoid.
7 days worth of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (with recipes), and an outline of when to eat. Shopping list and support included.
