What is personal training?

Personal Training is one to one training, either face to face or by a bespoke training plan. 

It will motivate and guide you to achieve your goals. 

You will be taught how to train safely and effectively.

You will be taught how your body can move, recover and take you to new fitness levels. 

How will you help me achieve my fitness goals?

By setting a realistic goal we will work closely together to come up with an easy to follow exercise plan, taking into account time and space. 

Each and everyone of us are unique in so many ways, by working within your parameters you can attain a fitter, healthier, leaner and happier you!

Where can you train me?

I have a small private gym on my premises with plenty of equipment to support any training. 

Cost:

£45 1 hour

£30 30 mins
