..founder of Nu health & fitness. I have been in the business for 18 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. My love for nutrition and supporting the function of the body drives to me to continuously learn, develop and refine my methods. I have always had a passion for sports and exercise. My main goal is to help people live a pain free, high energy life. My recent studies in NLP and life coaching ensure I get the best results for my clients.
Over the years, I have helped many clients achieve their personal goals. Whether this is to relieve them from pain from muscular imbalances through hands ono treatment, or helping them become stronger/fitter with physical training, or helping them become more mindful with their lifestyle choices and nutritional needs. I will work with them to design bespoke programmes that suit their needs.
I have written exercise and nutrition programmes for Iron athletes and Olympians as well as people struggling with weight loss and energy issues.
